Returns and Exchanges:
Due to the custom nature of our handmade item(s), we do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or requests for alterations after delivery. We ask that you communicate any specific requests through our message conversation during the order process.
We only know about a preference or request if you specify it in your message. We will always do our best to accommodate your request!
We cannot accept any returns on products affected by the weather, or left outside to melt, and will not provide an exchange or refund. We will inform you of your shipping and tracking information when we ship your order. Please make sure to check your tracking often for the delivery status.
